At O&M Building Technologies, we are partnering with construction industry suppliers, high-tech building product and solutions companies, real estate developers, and investors to develop efficient building methodologies, materials production strategies, and operations performance criteria.
The outcome is higher performing buildings, less headaches during the development process, and a network of material and building systems technologies that work as a unit to reduce operating costs, make the environments we work and live in more healthy, and ultimately reduce a project’s carbon footprint .

The OMBT ecosystem of materials and high-performance building systems is focused on the long-term goal of reducing the carbon footprint of the construction process. It takes a holistic approach not just to the materials, but how they go together and how they are made, installed and manufactured.
High performance systems
There is no holy grail of building techniques or systems. The heat and humidity of Florida is just not the same as the dry extremes of the Central Valley of California. Temperature, humidity, available materials, and building codes all point to a best approach for a particular project. The key is having an ecosystem that works across multiple applications to give a project the best economies of scale that a curated ecosystem can leverage.
User health and wellness
Being anxious is the opposite of being comfortable. To reduce anxiety and create a more comfortable living environment, homes must be, quiet, feel secure, be free of contaminates (clean), have adequate light, and create access to fresh, clean air. The OMBT ecosystem is focused on no VOC materials, the highest quality windows and doors, innovative safety systems, and value add materials that fight mildew and mold, reduce noise, and keep things quiet.
