There's always room for improvement

Owner's Purpose

We're always searching for improvement, it seems, in just about everything. And no matter whether it is the materials used or techniques employed to put those materials together we believe that improvement in the building industry requires rigorous thinking and a methodical process and set of goals.

When it is time to make important decisions, a healthy dose of research and analysis of performance data, user feedback, and the facts related industry shifts and requirements is required to ensure false assumptions don't get in the way of  implement the best strategy. Even if the data points requires a restart from the beginning.

It takes research and analysis of the data

Leave our planet in better shape than before

Luke and Tim also possess a passion to work only with materials they believe in, to make the products they develop last longer, ensure the places everyone works and lives are safer and healthier. Most of all they want to leave our cities, towns, and planet in better shape now and in the future.

We are passionate about working with suppliers, investors, and real estate developers that believe in methodical improvement that makes the world a better place to live and work.

Experienced builder, creator, and tinkerer, Luke is only satisfied when the job is finished correctly. He is an innovative thinker plus bit of a mad scientist and a stickler for details. Luke is always searching for a better way to construction buildings and the processes and equipment required to get the job done. Whether it is the R value required to meet extreme specifications or the screw type required for magnesium oxide board, Luke likely knows the answer.

Luke brings an incredibly unique perspective to the challenges facing real estate development, building component production, and project construction. Luke is laser focused on optimizing build processes, integrating high-performance materials and equipment, and staying a step ahead of the pitfalls that plague real estate projects.

Timothy Miller

Tim is passionate about developing a systems approach to constructing buildings that are more cost and time efficient as well as better for the planet. He believes that the construction's physical realities cannot be solved through just digital only solutions, but need to anticipate the challenges of a job site and the humans, materials, and logistics involved to build a real estate project.

Now hyper focused on integrating cutting edge, high-performance building systems and products into OMBT's own projects, as well as unlocking long term durability for buildings and optimizing the specification process to for OMBT's ecosystem, Tim looks forward to being a part of a new solution to the construction industry's inefficiency.
